The story revolves around Subhash Shirke, a petty thief, who saves the life of a bankrupt film producer Jaisingh Adenwala. As a show of gratitude, Adenwala hires Shirke as his driver, much to the displeasure of his noticeably younger wife Mallika. Neck deep in debt, Adenwala deals with his miseries by drinking heavily. One day he commits suicide, leaving behind an insurance policy worth crores. However, to have a claim on the insurance money, Mallika must prove that her husband’s death wasn’t a suicide, but was in fact a murder. Will Subhash team up with Mallika or prefer to stand for the truth?
Produced by Badaam Raja Productions, the play is directed by Vijay Kenkre and stars Sachit Patil, Sunil Tawde, Madhavi Nemkar, Vivek Gore, Archana Nipankar and Sunit Jadhav.
Shows in Mumbai are held on Saturday, September 14 and Sunday, September 15 at multiple venues. Tickets can be booked on BookMyShow.
