The 2019’s Christmas time will witness a spy animation film from the house of 20th Century Fox with the voices of Will Smith and Tom Holland as the principal star cast. This is the first film of Will Smith and Tom Holland together. The movie is a loose adaptation of an animated short film ‘Pigeon: Impossible’ directed by Lucas Martell back in 2009. Will Smith’s character known as Lance Sterling is a spy who is entrusted the task of saving the world plagued with severe threats.Lance Sterling takes the help of Walter Beckett played by Tom Holland’s voice, a scientist, in this task. Walter Beckett is a pro in making gadgets. He calls one of his gadgets as biodynamic concealment. As these dynamically opposite characters work together on their mission, Lance gets converted into a pigeon, by chance. Now how Lance disguised as a pigeon accomplishes his mission makes the movie a much-anticipated watch this winter.
Theodore Shapiro is known for his film scores in ‘State and Main’ and ‘Along came Polly’ has agreed to compose for this animated comedy as well. Troy Quane and Nick Bruno are teaming up for this film. The story artist and animator duo had worked previously in ‘The Peanuts Movie’ and ‘Ice Age: Collision Course’. Brad Copeland, who wrote the famous Fox TV Series, ‘Arrested Development’ has written this film while Michael J. Travers has produced it. Michael J. Travers has been helming the VFX and CGI in Hollywood for 25 years.The voices of Ben Mendelsohn, Rashida Jones, Masi Oka, Karen Gillan and DJ Khaled had also been roped in for playing other supporting characters.
The movie becomes the first release after the Walt Disney Company acquired 21st Century Fox. The distribution, however, will be done by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures.
