Khandaani Shafakhana 

With the much-awaited release of comedy-drama ‘KhandaaniShafakhana’ round the corner- starring the feisty Sonakshi Sinha, Badshah, Varun Sharma, Annu Kapoor among others, here are some interesting facts you’d want to know about this movie-

1. To start with, this movie marks the debut of two very talented people- director Shilpa Dasgupta and extremely talented Badshah.
2. After burning the charts with several hits tracks like ‘DJ wale babu’ and several others, Badshah has chosen KhandaaniShafakhana to mark his Bollywood debut with.
3. It is interesting to note that Badshah, in a recent interview, had revealed that it took a lot of convincing from producers Bhushan Kumar and Mrighdeep to get him on board as they felt that this role was just right for him. 
4. Did you know that Sonakshi and Badshah good friends? Well, they are, and so, we can expect some great camaraderie between the two in this movie which can turn out to be our icing on the cake. 
5. Funnyman - Annu kapoor who has already proven his talent many times before, in movies like Mr India, Vicky Donor etc. has a pivotal role to play in this movie. Like always, we can expect him not to disappoint us this time around too.
6. KhandaaniShafakhana has been written by Gautam Mehra, who is a pass out from one of Asia’s most pioneering film schools- The Whistling Woods. He is well known for the short film SEAL, that was released online on women’s day in the year 2018
7. Shilpa Dasgupta, although debuting with this movie as a full-fledged director is no newcomer to the world of cinema. She has worked as an assistant director for movies like Yuvvraaj, Black and White, Silence, please…The Dressing Room and has also penned several episodes of C.I.D, Ek Din Achanak, Fan Club, etc.
8. Did you know that Sonakshi Sinha has acted in several light-hearted comedy movies before like- Son of Sardar, Rowdy Rathore, etc.?
