Adapted for the stage by Rachel Wagstaff, this event is worth a watch; Taking place at Jamshed Bhabha Theatre: NCPA between Thursday 30th January 2020 to Sunday 9th February 2020. About The Mirror Crack’d
Miss Mistry is visited by a friend, Senior Inspector Darius Chinoy, after a glamourous party that ended with a murder. Set in 1976, this murder mystery is about Bollwyood Star Mamta Ghosh, who was slowly fading away from the spotlight, making her comeback. Focussing more on the ‘why’, this story tries to understand why she disappeared, why she moved to an old house, and who would want to kill her.
We all know Agatha Christie is known for her famous and traditional ‘whodunnit’ stories that keep you guessing till the end. This one focusses more on the ‘why’, exploring the theme of how we are shaped by our memories more than how our memories shape us. Told from a variety of different and unique perspectives, this one is sure to keep you glued to your seat and make an impact on the way you think.
