- Act I: Raymonda the niece of Countess Sybil de Daurice is betrothed to the Knight Jean de Brienne. The knight arrives in the castle to bid her goodbye before leaving for Crusade. At night Raymonda dreams of the Knight, but he suddenly disappears to be replaced by an unknown Eastern Knight. At dawn, she realizes the omen.
- Act II: Among the guests in festivities at the castle is the Saracen Knight Abderakman who Raymonda recognizes as the apparition in her dream. The knight is enraged at her rejection when the crusaders return. Jean de Brienne banishes the knight and the lovers are united.
- Act III: King Andrei blesses the marriage and the wedding concludes with a Hungarian dance event.
